I help people move, feel and look better! I am a qualified and insured Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist. I am an ex military, prison service and Police physical training instructor. I am a member of the National Register of Personal Trainers and a Registered Exercise Professional.
I have been in the fitness industry for 25 years plus, and I love it when someone achieves their aims and objectives. I enjoy working with all types of people and have a proven track record with the success stories from clients who have got results with their weight loss, body stat changes, running results, improved technique and confidence.
I run fitness classes and groups in my local area, as well as teach spin, body burn, body conditioning, pump and kettlebells in Shepton Mallet leisure centre.
I use all areas for personal training and this includes people's homes, gardens, parks and woods and this ensures a session is not only varied but I also ensure it is fun. We can also use the local leisure centre if you prefer.

I use kettlebells, dyna-bands, the TRX Suspension system, dumbbells, barbells, fit-balls, pads and gloves and anything that is around that I feel will help keep clients motivated. I adapt my sessions to suit your needs.
I keep records of what I do in a session, so we can see results with running, lifting, number of reps etc. I review and reflect on sessions with clients all the time to ensure the client gets the best customer service they can, which helps them to stay on track to achieve their aims and goals.
I have qualifications in sports and therapeutic massage; personal training; circuit training; spin; kettlebells; pump; lifestyle management; self-defence techniques and I am an A1 assessor for NVQ level 3 in Training and development. I have also completed the Advanced Sports and Exercise Nutritional Advisor course, with The Health Sciences Academy.
